Insight Venture Partners Makes Investment in Fenergo

Willkie advises Insight in $75 million investment in leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management software solutions.

On July 14, Fenergo, the leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management software solutions for investment banks, capital market firms and private banks, announced that Willkie client Insight Venture Partners has agreed to invest $75 million in the company.

The new capital will be used to grow Fenergo’s global footprint and develop a partner ecosystem as the company seeks to ensure its Client Lifecycle Management and Regulatory Onboarding solutions become the industry standard.

Headquartered in Dublin, Fenergo has emerged as a market leader in the Client Lifecycle Management solutions space for financial institutions, which are facing challenges to comply with new and changing regulatory obligations. Fenergo’s solutions are designed to help financial institutions manage the end-to-end regulatory onboarding process.
