On November 17, global asset management firm Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. announced the pricing of a secondary offering of 4 million shares of its Class A common stock. The shares were sold by funds managed by Crestview Advisors and Reverence Capital Partners at a price of $34 a share. In conjunction with the offering, the selling stockholders also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 600,000 additional shares of Class A common stock, which was subsequently exercised.

Willkie previously advised Victory Capital in its 2018 initial public offering, as well as its acquisitions of USAA Asset Management and WestEnd Advisors.
