CALIDA GROUP Acquires erlich textil

Willkie advised CALIDA GROUP on the acquisition of the sustainable German lingerie brand erlich textil.

On February 4, CALIDA GROUP, a global apparel group with headquarters in Sursee, Switzerland, announced the acquisition of a 90% stake in Vorfreude GmbH, the owner of the sustainable German lingerie brand erlich textil.

Founded in 2016 and based in Cologne, erlich textil produces underwear garments manufactured in Europe from top-quality textiles made from organic and renewable materials.

The Willkie team was led by partner Dr. Kamyar Abrar and included partner Dr. Patrick Meiisel and associates Ilie Manole and Nils Bock.
