AMCS to Acquire Quentic

Willkie advised Insight Partners on its portfolio company AMCS’ acquisition of Quentic.

On May 12, AMCS, a portfolio company of Insight Partners and a global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling, and resource industries, announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Quentic, one of the leading solution providers of Software as a Service for EHSQ and ESG management.

In connection with AMCS’ acquisition of Quentic, Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. is making a new equity investment in AMCS alongside new equity investments from Willkie client Insight Partners and other existing investors Ireland Strategic Investment Fund and Highland Europe.

Willkie previously advised Insight Partners in its significant investment in AMCS in 2018.

Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
