Willkie Advises Shamrock Capital on Investment in Highwire PR

On September 15, it was announced that Willkie client Shamrock Capital Advisors made a strategic investment in Highwire PR, a premier communications partner for leading technology and healthcare companies.

The partnership with Shamrock Capital is expected to enable Highwire to evaluate strategic additions to its healthcare practice as well as further develop its digital marketing services, data analytics, public affairs and corporate communications capabilities.

Willkie previously advised Shamrock Capital in its investments in EDO, Inc., The Religion of Sports Media, Inc., Pixellot and VidMob.

Shamrock Capital is a Los Angeles-based investment firm focused on investments across the media, entertainment, content, communication, sports, marketing and education sectors.

The Willkie team was led by partners Ray LaSoya and Caleb Vesey and included associates Mark Vible and Justin Calabrese.
