Cathrin Hermanns is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department advising corporate and financial investors on complex cross-border and national M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. She also advises on general corporate law matters.
In parallel to her admission as a lawyer, she worked as an assistant tax consultant.
Prior to joining Willkie, Cathrin worked at other international law firms.
Cathrin is fluent in German and English.
