The rising stars are selected for having demonstrated an “ability to navigate complex dealmaking situations” and a “unique approach to dealmaking.”

Based in the New York office, Mr. McDevitt joined Willkie in 2017 and was elected to the partnership in 2021. His practice spans a variety of industries and includes advising private equity firms and public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and other business combinations (both domestic and cross-border), venture financings, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
