Willkie has once again earned a 100 percent rating on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index and been named a recipient of the “Equality 100 Award: Leader in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.”
Willkie is among the top employers that received a perfect score in this year’s Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) workplace equality. The report recognized Willkie’s commitment to equality and inclusion and the firm’s longstanding effort “to establish and implement comprehensive policies, benefits and practices that ensure greater equity for LGBTQ+ workers and their families.”
The annual Corporate Equality Index rates companies on detailed criteria in four central areas: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; support of an inclusive culture; and corporate social responsibility.
